Garlic cucumber salad is a classic Chinese homemade cold dish. The main ingredient is cucumber, with a variety of seasoning mixture. Cucumber is very refreshing and especially suitable for the summer. According to Chinese Traditional Medicine theory, cucumber has the effect of clearing away heat, purging fire, and removing toxins from the body. Because of this, we believe it also has the cosmetic function. I still remember when we went to school in the summer, my mom always prepared us some fresh cucumber and green bean soup for preventing the summer heat.
