3 个鸡蛋
2 个西红柿
1 .5小勺盐
1 小勺糖
1根葱,切小段
2大勺橄榄油
做法
- 将小葱切段,西红柿洗净后切成小块。在一个碗中,打入3个鸡蛋,加半勺盐,搅打均匀。
- 将炒锅烧热,加入1勺橄榄油。
- 倒入鸡蛋液,翻炒几次直至没有可见的鸡蛋液,将炒好的鸡蛋盛入一个盘子中。
- 另起锅加热后,倒入1勺橄榄哟,放入切好的西红柿,加入1小勺盐,迅速翻炒大约1分钟,或者西红柿变软即可。
- 将炒好的鸡蛋倒回锅中,翻炒大约30秒钟,将鸡蛋与西红柿充分混合后加入小半勺糖,搅拌均匀后即可出锅。
- 将做好的西红柿炒鸡蛋盛入盘子中,撒上切好的葱末进行装饰即可!
Tomatoes fried eggs (西红柿炒鸡蛋)
Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 2 Tomatoes
- 1.5 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1 green onion chopped
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Instructions
- Chop green onions and cut the tomatoes in wedges. Crack eggs into a bowl, add 1/2 teaspoon salt, beat and mix well.
- Heat up 1 tablespoon vegetable oil on med/high heat.
- Scramble eggs just until no liquid, then remove eggs and set aside.
- Heat another 1 tablespoon vegetable oil, add the tomatoes and 1 teaspoon salt, stir fry for 1 minute or until the tomatoes turn soft.
- Put the eggs back into the pan, stir for 30 seconds, add 1/2 teaspoon sugar and mixed well before removing from the heat.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and serve!
